Recipes made out of meat have brought the fame of "Camara lui Baciu" products. The oldest male butchers on the plains from villages have told their secrets to those who want snacks from a corner of Bukovina. Together with the crusty and dry mussels, traditional roasted chickpeas and basil, the clients also find goodies in their grandmother 's backyard: the hribi, the cranberry jam, the cozonacs, the smoked trout in the fir tree, the natural cheese cow and sheep, all at the foot of the Rar. The wine, the cucumber and the cranberry in the heart of Bucovina are unmoved.
